Briefs: Nov. 21, 2008 (11/22/2008)

Jason Burdick is accused of raping nearly a dozen women in Middle Tennessee over the last decade. The defense filed a motion to throw out some of the evidence against him. Burdick was arrested in April. This week, a judge ruled that evidence will still be allowed.
